They're is no illegal way آپ can get in trouble for using a common name in a book.

I think that آپ can't use full names such as Harry Potter یا Dean Winchester in your own work.

But Harry DeLuca یا Dean McGregor could work.

No. Not unless she uses the surnames too and copies the other characters' appearances, personalities, etc. But there is no copyright on the name "Luna" alone.

It depends. Is she using the same exact character and/or using the same plot? If no, then she prob. won't get in legal trouble. If yes, then if she wants to avoid trouble, then tell her to give credit to the مصنف یا whatever she is using the character from. :)
