Ok, I know this situation, آپ didn't just met the guy, آپ knew him for a while, even before he had a girlfriend, which is good, because آپ know him better than she does(the ball is in your court).
And furthermore, he's running away from you! That's great! :D
No really, boys don't do that, it may be a sign that he likes ya. But I don't know him well enough to decide, so think about it. Is he that kind of guy that runs away? Many do...
