How do آپ لوڈ اپ a GIF to Fanpop?

I got the Gif in my folder, and its working, but my computer wont let me لوڈ اپ it through Images. Do I do through photos? Can I just not do?

Thats what I tried. But when I clicked 'browse', it didn't دکھائیں up in my folder.
