This isn't really hard. The A is on the lower right corner of the object. And the object is a tooth that's partially smudged.

It looks like a tooth to me at first. This may be weird but it looks kind of like an unusually drawn ہاتھی too. That part may be just me though..lol

I do see the A at the bottom too.
