What we need:
نہیںملتیں (chocolate)
icing (white) یا (blue)
Mentos
shredded coconut
blue food coloring
Fondant (black)
chocochip کوکیز :D
how to make:
First آپ need آپ food coloring and and your shredded coconut. آپ are going to but the shredded coconut in a bowl.Then آپ get food coloring and آپ put 5-10 drops of blue in your bowl.Now mix with آپ hands! Put icing on your chocolate cupcake. Dip it into the bowl. Now آپ have the skin color! Get your mentos and and put it on the cookie. آپ want the mentos to be the the eyes. Now آپ get your fondant and roll tiny balls and put it on آپ eyes . GOGGLY EYES! Break a cookie in half and shove it in the نہیںملتیں AT THE BOTTOM. Now آپ have a cookie monster cupcake!
