Get the opposite part of the string end and shove it into the place where آپ gonna get babies and Voila! done. to take it out pull the string which should be there. If آپ want an easier way (cos its gonna hurt) there a thing that آپ can insert it with....

All tampons come with an instruction pamphlet--but this is really important: make sure آپ choose the right absorbency. They range from "lite" to the dreaded heavy flow. آپ don't want to use a heavy flow on a lite day.

if u don`t want it to hurt use a pad there easy and they don`t hurt.

Never used one before but I'm told that if آپ want to stick it in properly آپ should lift up a leg, remain relaxed (because it's harder to stick it in if آپ are tense) and stick it in.
