I don't personally know any racists but I do know that they're brought up that way and anyone can be racist.

Sometimes, yes. No one's perfect.

Racists are people who don't like یا treat a race from different from theirs in a degraded fashion. Either سے طرف کی bullying [verbally یا physically], making fun of different races, یا just disliking someone different.
