Well basically there is the decorum of asking actual "questions" on the سوالات areas...
(not merely a stupid تبصرہ آپ want to make)
and no real life porn یا تصاویر too graphic that would be considered offensive to some یا inappropriate to younger minors.
The language seems acceptable, but NOT any "direct" attacks یا posts anywhere directed at a specific fanpop user with a name attached.
Like if someone said: "HelloIMSteve is a YODEL and a رامین and we want this person gone" ~ uh-Noooo, not cool, and could be reported if inflaming, hate-related, bullying یا defamatory.
So that is not ever cool, especially on visible places like Random Club.
Spamming can be repeatedly annoying bombardment of many posts. questions, pictures, etc that is only wanted سے طرف کی آپ and not the general theme یا consenus of other club members... یا it can be REAL advertizement یا soliciting of your self یا a commercial product. (Also grounds for banning/reporting).
There is copyright infringement laws which fanpop may یا may not view strictly with reprocussion.
And Trolling issues can be a repeated occurance of unappreciated "Steve" sitings, lol, for example.
