Why can’t I post pictures in forums?

For the last couple of days, since the new layout I can’t post pictures in forums. Every time I try it just keeps on ہے رہا ہو لوڈ and ہے رہا ہو لوڈ but nothing happens.
I see that others can post pictures, so is there something different than before, that I should be doing, یا is there some kind if setting that I need to change?
