I need help with a Technical thing on Fanpop......props.....

Okay so I created a competition Forum....and there are rounds, prizes, winners, and a voting process:

and if آپ have noticed if I wanted to دکھائیں آپ the link to it it was very long like: wgheiuw4y63wykjthegtyy785yo and I would like it to be simple like: vote. click on it and it brings آپ where I want آپ to!!!

Do آپ see how it's laid out it's just "Vote" click on it and it get's آپ there!!

How do آپ do that!!!!!! Hopefully آپ understand what I'm on about!!!!
