HELP ME!!!

This is legit reminding me of the book Les Miserables, because I am reading it for English. An innocent man gets accused of stealing apples on a branch from a property, when they actually fell during a storm. He is accused of being Jean Valjean and is going to have to go to prison if he is not proven innocent and that he is not Jean. I am terrible at writing too, otherwise I would help you. If I were آپ what I would do is have someone get framed سے طرف کی another person for a crime that the other person had committed.

Umm the first thing to pop into my head would be that this innocent guy has a twin who has been committing some crime (murder IMO sounds the most interesting) but the problem is he can't use his status as a twin as a defense because he was adopted and is completely unaware of having a twin
