Character:
the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual.

Personality:
the combination of characteristics یا qualities that form an individual's distinctive character.

The two depend on each other; without character, a personality can't be created, and without a personality, we'd all be bland and have the same opinions and mentality all the time.

It's easy to mistake the two, but in my opinion, they're not the same. However, it's up to آپ on how آپ actually want to interpret that.

Honestly character and personality can be synonymous with each other... They refer to how an individual copes and deals with circumstances and the general state of being when not confronted with something. I guess character could be a moral background but your personality can be shaped with morals. I think they are practically the same thing but with different context but that's my opinion on it.

Well I guess character refers to a person's strengths, weaknesses, and integrity. Personality is how a person behaves and what their qualities are.
