How does one "relax"?

My therapist issued it as homework. Google didnt provide sufficient help and I accidentally ended up writing an میل ای to my college's hatchery asking to get involved.

Relaxing is clearing your mind. Focus on something calm and peaceful, focus on one thing. The best way to do it is being able to do it anywhere, even if آپ were in a middle of a battlefield. No need to rely on external sources, just yourself.
