Did positive thinking helped آپ cope up with life?

It was a huge help actually, if it wasn't for my positive mind
I would've been a miserable person. Sometimes it gets so hopeless but somehow I find a way to defeat all my worries/troubles with being positive.depression may find a way to sneak up on me but hell I am always ready to kill it :)

Negative-style thinking tends to turn into a chain. This chain slowly overwhelms the mind. Then it develops like a net. The threads of each negative thought are intertwined and come to a certain conclusion. The roots of this conclusion are very strong and solid. Then that person cannot be brought out of such thoughts. To اقدام from one pattern to another pattern of thinking, one has to work to bring about a huge amount of change. It shows how much one needs to change in order to get out of this trap of negative thinking. This is most likely also one of the underlying root cause of depression.

The exact cause of depression and related sadness is not yet clear, but changing the sequence of additional negative thoughts can have many beneficial results. Eliminating negative thoughts does not mean that آپ have to look at reality in a positive way. However, the current of excessive negative thinking leads people to make wrong decisions and makes all the negative small incidents inside the mind much bigger. Positive thinking helps to see the beauty of the world clearly. When there is no hope, the causes of latent hope are clearly revealed. The fog of negative thoughts covers others and one's own good character traits. As a result, relationships with people are ruined, and people feel helpless. The practice of positive thinking teaches people to see the beauty of everything, and eliminates bad and anxiety. People then see the right size of the negative aspects, and try to solve accordingly. Learns to ignore unnecessary worries.

I'm not saying it's a cure for depression. In fact, despite it’s not the antidote to depression, it is one of the ingredients to antidote.
If depression is a puzzle, then positive thinking and gratitude are pieces of the puzzle. We are yet to find all other pieces.
The solution to this complex puzzle can be found سے طرف کی combining all the pieces correctly.

Actually, yeah. I feel two years پہلے I would have been emotionally dead in a situation like this year's. Like I didn't think that it would help much, but then I tried it and I'm not gonna lie, I'm impressed.

I also put an effort into breaking the habit of thinking about suicide after every mild inconvenience. That helped a lot too.

Positive thinking allowed me to work hard. I know a lot of people who worked hard but don't succeed but everyone who succeeded have worked hard.

It has. I certainly wouldn't had progressed as much without. There are times where people describe me as TOO Positive / Optimistic in fact XD Have been finding it better focusing on the positive aspects of life instead of the negative ones honestly. Keeping a clear head and the soul being at ease. The same effect being applied to anyone close to me as well. Those who do otherwise, only drag themselves down the most at the end of the day. Would had certainly been quite the miserable, loathing and edging person myself in that case after a multitude of experiences I have gone through. Instead, I come to terms with them. The past is the past. What happened, happened. آپ learn from it and اقدام on. Nothing more, nothing less. Just like you, there are the moments where I might find questioning myself and get depressed but I do what I can to not let it affect me for long. Proper handling is key. Partaking in conversation with people who can help and are important to me یا indulging on my interests in Life can do the trick. There could be worse situations to be found and I'm certainly grateful for my own position !!!!

I like to know when to cry and when not to. I think it’s okay to be sad and to feel deeply and to take a break when you’re depressed and acknowledge it because sometimes it’s your body’s way of telling آپ something isn’t right.
But Also it’s not an excuse to check out forever. Last night I desperately needed to get out of the house because I had been crying all دن stuck on traumatic events from the past, and I sort of slapped myself back into the present and got myself up- faced my fear of crying in front of my in-person friends, and asked them to go on a walk with me.
It was refreshing to get out, not just out of the house, but out of my mind.

It’s easy to deem positive people the talk of the town, but sometimes people’s depression is rooted سے طرف کی deeper seeds than a positive mind to get them through it if that makes sense? It doesn’t seem us broken یا a burden if we know how to keep it to ourselves, and it doesn’t give others the right to shit on us, but “positive” thinking has its merits at times for even us. It’s why I take breaks from social media یا certain shows that are triggering (even if people make fun of me for doing so). It’s necessary to give the mind some air from time to time, so I get it.

Hope all is well in your positive thinking💛 It’s nice to see someone who knows how to light the way for themselves. Hang in there :)
