Do آپ try to spend time at night without your phone?

Not really. That's cause as soon as I touch my بستر I'm out cold within 10 منٹ lol

Sometimes, I try that out to give my eyes some rest, but then I give up within 10 منٹ and I grab the phone again. I can't sleep peacefully without spending some time on it. xD
