The CW is one network that\'s leading the charge when it comes to new versions of our favourite shows and they\'ve already dropped a trailer for their

The footage shows new and older versions of original characters including Liz, Max and Isabel (who were originally played by Shiri Appleby, Jason Behr and Katherine Heigl) and shows us the famous moment where Max saves Liz\'s life after she is shot.

The reboot follows an older Liz, a biomedical researcher and daughter of undocumented immigrants who moves back to Roswell and rekindles her relationship with her high school love Max, an alien who crash-landed in Roswell in 1947.

remake has divided fans of the original series pretty much down the middle since it was announced, and the trailer has been no exception.

Like #Roswell is up there with Buffy, Vmars, and Dawson\'s Creek as one of my favorite shows growing up, And Michael and Maria are like one of my OTPs, so I\'m really protective of that show, and the trailer just looked TERRIBLE in comparison to the original.
