I really hope that you read this or, someone tells you about this.

I just read the article from the American Medical Association about Boniva. I am due to take my second one in two days and plan on calling my doctor tomorrow. I don't want to since the AMA states that Boniva is CAUSING FRACTURES instead of preventing them. Especially hip fractures which causes many patients to become bedridden which ultimately leads to death within 1 year. I do not take any other prescribed drugs, only supplements. I think the answer to our problems are not taking drugs but changing our diet. I plan on seeking a nutritionist.

I just thought that you should know about this if you haven't heard about it via the news. Perhaps you will want to speak with your doctor. I have always believed taking medicines only leads to side effects that are worse than the actual condition being treated. I hope you don't mind me sending this message.
