Sakura did not fill his loneliness. Sakura only liked him for appearance. (stated in shippuden) Now, Sasuke always thought she was an annoying fangirl. But over sometime, he did start caring for her. He saved and protected her, complimented her, and was there. But the two couldn't bond close because SAKURA doesn't know what loneliness is.
