What did آپ think of the father to daughter relationship between Stick and Red?

I thought that things should've been better. Stick was so overwhelmed with power and protectiveness, that he took his rage out on the only kin he truly had. He feared since he had lost his ex-mate, Velvet, that Red's attitude and trustworthiness would change. His suspicions were semi-correct, when he sees Red mating with Harley, one of Dodge's followers. He had lost all faith in his daughter. So, he attempted to save her, thinking that Harley was using her to get information from Stick and his friends. When the SkyClan warriors and Stick and his friends, fought Dodge, he realized that the reason why Red had joined Stick's enemy was because she loved Harley, and that she couldn't leave him. Stick didn't believe her, and he sprang at Harley, about to make a death blow. But, Red stood in the way to protect her mate, and he clawed her in the throat, instead. The powerful blow and the loss of blood killed Red and her unborn kits.
In the end, Stick will face a sadness no cat will experience, killing his own kit. Red now probably watches from StarClan in dismay, that she and her unborn kits never had a chance...
