Anakin was sound asleep when he heard faint crying. He thought he was dreaming and went back to sleep. The crying was heard again. Anakin soon realized the crying was real and went to go check on that person. He searched, but no one was in sight. He continued searching, but still no one. Just when he was about to give up, he heard and saw the person. And boy was he pained when he saw who it was.
"OBI-WAN!" Anakin yelled as he rushed over to Obi-Wan's side. "What do آپ want, Anakin?" Obi-Wan asked in a teary voice. "I want to help you." Anakin answered. "I'm quite alright." Obi-Wan replied trying to hide the cracks in his voice. "No you're not." Anakin argued sadly. He soon realized what was the matter. "It's Satine, isn't it?" he asked in a sad tone. Obi-Wan shook his head yes.
"I loved her!" he replied in a VERY teary voice. "Satine doesn't want آپ being sad for her." Anakin comforted. Obi-Wan turned to him. "She doesn't want آپ grieving over her either." Anakin continued. Obi-Wan put his head in his hands. "You wouldn't understand Anakin!" he sobbed. "Yes I would!" Anakin replied in a reluctant voice. "How?" Obi-Wan asked.
"Satine would want آپ to remember her. She doesn't want آپ sad about her all the time." Anakin answered. "Yes, she understands why you're grieving, but at the same time, she wants آپ to remember her for who she WAS. Not how she died." he continued. "But Maul killed her!" Obi-Wan remarked in anger. "I know Maul killed her, and he'll pay!" Anakin stated.
He went over to Obi-Wan's ear. "The truth is, she doesn't want آپ grieving over her for too long." he whispered. Obi-Wan never had a chance to really grieve over Satine's death. And now was the perfect time to do it. Obi-Wan took some time to think about what Anakin کہا to him. "Anakin's right. I CAN'T grieve یا be sad over Satine forever." he کہا to himself. He smiled. "Thank آپ Anakin!" he thanked finally able to speak clearly. "No problem. Master." Anakin replied also smiling. Afew سیکنڈ later, a wave of fatigue swept over the boys.
"We should get to bed." Anakin said. "Yes, but I wonder how I'LL sleep." Obi-Wan joked. Slightly embarrassed, Anakin summoned up the courage to say something. "Alright. If I DO snore, آپ can wake me up." he replied. The boys slept peacefully and soundly later on that night.
