First, double check that your computer meets all the system requirements for the game. The game's system requirements can be found on its Steam page (scroll to the bottom of its store page to see them).

Tick the box that says "run this program in compatibility mode for" and then try an option from the drop down menu underneath it. آپ might want to try a few different ones to see if any of them work.
Each time آپ try a new one, click "ok" and then try running the game as normal (e.g. launching it from Steam). آپ might find that one of them will make the game work.

Also, as an absolute LAST resort if آپ cannot get the game working, Steam will take the game off your account and give آپ your money back if آپ contact them about it.
