I'm willing to bet money on it. It's definitely her writhing and covered in blood in the hospital bed in the preview. And they can't kill her, so they'll prob make a werewolf. And if they do...YAY. She will be one bad wolf bitch and I will love every minute of it.

I've been thinking from the start that Lydia would become a werewolf. I'd love to see her as one:)

@ezrie19, she's a main cast member. They wouldn't kill her off. Plus Holland already mentioned she's filming season 2.

Speaking of which, Holland said at Comic Con: "Although right now she's unaware of werewolves, I think she'll remain to be unaware of werewolves, but will be very important to werewolves in the near future." Spoiler much? haha
