Help? On my Sims 3, everything I did has been deleted! My houses, families, everything, and I have no clue what happened یا how to fix it. Does anybody know?

Don't worry that had happened to mine twice and i got mad and angry (all the precious belongings). i guess آپ just have to start over. Who knows maybe it might come back. :/
