Delilah Black is Jacob Blacks long lost sister(Delilah is twins with Jacob):
When Delilah was young the guys down at La push had a bonfire up in the cliffs. She and Jacob were playing near the cliffs edge and Delilah loses her footing and plumits to the water bellow. Her parents and the others watch in horror as their youngest daughter falls into the black depths. Delilah had not learnt to swim but knew the basics and paddled up to get another breath.
