Does anyone know what the judges are looking for?

So I auditioned for the دکھائیں in LA this summer, I drove a long way for it and waited in line for 6 hours, only to be rejected during the first round along with all the other members in my audition group. Is there anyone on this club who could possibly help me? I have no idea what the judges are looking for but obviously it's not talent...No one from my group got in that دن and they were all beautiful and talented!!
