To be honest, I'm not that knowledgeable of the different kagunes (yet).
I think I like the Ukaku kind like Touka's. It is just so pretty with the winged appearance and I like that it is fast-high speed attacks.
But maybe that's just because I don't really know a lot of examples of the other kinds.

Nope, that's pretty much Ukaku summed up. High speed, projectile attacks, short Rc supply. From my experience most of them also look similar to Touka's anyway.
