germany123 hey..welcome to fanpop. here are a couple of articles to get you started http://www.fanpop.com/spots/fanpop/articles/16755/title/introducing-searchbar-users-best-friend ^ the importance of searching http://www.fanpop.com/spots/fanpop/articles/7856/title/how-picks-answers ^all basic questions answered http://www.fanpop.com/spots/fanpop/articles/37454/title/leaving-fanpop-one-users-thoughts-on-reporting-tool ^reporting (which is what happened..people reported the image and it got moved here) http://www.fanpop.com/spots/fanpop-users/articles/71956/title/how-good-fanpopper ^ some things you might wanna avoid doing..we have, as you noticed, a special sense of humor here. i noticed on your profile that you are only a fan of one spot- you might wanna try entering "twilight" in the search bar and find a TON of twilight related spots where your contributions are very much appreciated. with the huge fandom we are getting a little tired of people spreading the twifever everywhere..hence the comments. oh and another thing aboot image credit: put the original owner of the picture and then add "creative changes by XYZ". so if you are using movie stills the rights would be with Summit if its a press picture/event/ magazine look for the copyright holder at the source (e.g. peter smith for lalala magazine) and then add yourself. if there is no copyright holder stated at the original source- as an exception- you can put "unknown". just like you are worried that people will know you are the creator of this fanart (So, do not think I steal this photo, It's 100% created by me! (: ) and dont just slap it in their website as theirs, you must remember that the people who actually TOOK the picture have a right to it! its intellectual property and you are giving ti oot as yours when you dont credit the owner.
