Kin'iro no Corda is most same to Uta☆Pri anime/manga in sense of both being based of the Otome games, and involving music. But Kin'iro is more classical type instrumental, than style in Uta☆Pri.

I think there are neo angelique abyss, kiiro no kakera and Alice in the country of hearts. Thaís are the ones that i watch if you know any others please tell me :)

Kamigami jo asobi.. maybe? I really think anybody who liked UtaPri will take a liking to Kamigami no Asobi too...
Things common in both -
1. A reverse harem with hot guys and cute character development...
2. Same 'annoying' female protagonist who every guy seemed to have fallen for for no reason... (okay.. Ik I sound like a fangirl... XD)
3. A few totally underrated guys....... (though in KnA it's another level....)
4. Ending seems like an MV featuring the characters themselves... XDDD
5. I loved both of them.. ^^
