How do آپ make clubs?

Hi,
I know this isn't totally to do with Warriors but I have noticed that many people have made their own fanclan clubs, but I can't seem to figure out how to make a club myself; I have googled it several times but to no avail-either they say there's supposed to be a button on the homepage (which there isn't), یا else they تبصرہ a link which, when آپ click it, signs آپ out of Fanpop and brings آپ to the sign in/register screen. Do آپ have to have a certain amount of awards یا something? یا is there a far مزید simple solution? I'd be mega grateful if people could tell me :)
