I think so. AfterSchool and 2NE1 are really making a name for themselves especially since they've shunned the "cute/pretty" image that's over-done in Asian entertainment.
There's also a new group debuting tomorrow called 4minute [with ex-WonderGirl Hyun Ah] and their image is "candy funk"...maybe this is a sign that the "cute/pretty" image is out? Mmmmm...
I heard WG is gonna be in America, hopefully not for too long coz their territory will likely get claimed in their absence by these other bands.
