Don’t worry 5 Seconds of Summer aren’t splitting up but Ashton Irwin has admitted that he wants to return to acting.

The 20-year-old hotty, who performed Amnesia with his bandmates Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood at the MTV Video Music Awards this weekend, has spoken about getting back into his first love.

“I was acting for years before the band so I would like to get into that again,” he said.

“I was in a few things, I\'m not going to admit what they were, but it was fun and I had a good time."

In his interview with We Love Pop magazine, the Aussie babe also revealed that he’s single and it’s mainly because he wouldn’t be able to hold on to a girl.

"I\'m single right now, but I think anyone would find it hard if they were in a different country every day,” he said.

“I only spent two weeks at home last year and it\'s really hard to find someone when you move around so much."
