Jasmine is so aware of her beauty that can even use it as a weapon when needed.
Other aware of their beauty are Ariel and Belle. I have the feeling that Cinderella,Tiana and Snow White know that they are quite beautiful too. Mulan seems to believe she's worse than she actually is. The rest have no idea or don't care at all IMO.

I more or less agree with princecatcher93. Except that Belle is not supposed to be aware of her beauty, as stated in a behind the scenes interview on the DVD. If Belle even hears the townspeople at all (probably not because she seems too engulfed in her book to pay attention), they're mainly talking about how odd she is. A bald lady mentions Belle's beauty only after Belle passes her. When Gaston sings about her, Belle doesn't hear him. Belle is called a beauty again at the end of the song but notice that Belle acts like she doesn't hear them until after the song is over. (Only in Disney, you can't hear a huge musical number right behind you. XD)

She uses it to her advantage

Belle isn't aware of her beauty. She always has her head in books or in the clouds so she doesn't usually hear what the town says about her.

AudreyFreak- I know, right? I'm assuming they're referring to Honor to Us All when she pulls out that hair, but I still don't get it.
