I don't think it's on there but the Future Kind scared the crap out of me even though they aren't really monsters they kind of are in a way.

This creeped me out.

The Satan Pit was the only episode I actually got really scared.
Well, this and the Day of the Moon.

The Beast, Midnight (mostly because we still don't know what it actually was) and the Cybermen.

I think the beast and Daleks are the two I would be the more afraid to come across.

And the Empty Child and The Beast.

when they first came out i was 10, which was five years ago now and they've scared me ever since! honestly that scene when one was under that little girls bed i'm still scared watching it!

however i think they should come back, cause i miss being scared watching doctor who.

the scarecrows scare me a little too! :O i remember watching that in the dark...yeah it was scary :L

no Vashta Nerada?? those were still the creepiest ever, for me... But the angels and the silence are a good second position, togheter...!

more scare me...but....i couldnt bare to look at the screen and i even put my hands on my ears and said lalalala...

it gives me nightmares... :c

Weeping Angels& The Silence were both creepy as shite but the Empty Child just scared the living daylight out of me. Something about kids... O_O
