I noticed something. Yes, I know that sounds unbelievable, it scares me too.

It seems a lot of people are wondering where the seemingly random hatred of Smurfs on Fanpop came from.

I know, sounds strange to me too. So I decided to investigate this mystery that has led to confusion and gnashing of teeth on Fanpop.



I did a little search, and the results were as suspected: I started it.

See, Smurfs scare me. Always have. And no, I will not tell آپ why. That's a private matter between me and my shrink on Tuesdays, and my therapy group on Thursdays and Saturday afternoons.

So, I naturally thought of defending myself. Self defense. And choking came to mind. Therefore, link arose.



Then, I began to think, since Fanpoppers apparantly find the idea of killing little blue thing disgusting. And then it hit me. A viable ذریعہ of nutrition AND a method of elimination! Which led to link.



It then seemed to snowball. Everyone soon knew of my aversion to the cerulean sprites and began to tease me *suppresses memory*.

Soon, the hatred of Smurfs had dripped over into picks. People began to imagine me fighting Smurfs, running from Smurfs...*panic attack*

So that is the shameful secret of the Anti-Smurfers.
