A spot I'm a پرستار of is dead and I can't get ahold of it's creator to update it. Is there anyway someone could make me in charge of running it????

آپ can't be an "administrator" of a spot, but I know what آپ are trying to say. But آپ can't take over creatorship of a spot. If آپ want a spot banner/icon/motto change, then get the other members of the spot to vote for new ones and then message one of the F4 about getting them changed.
