How to see the IM Chat on the bottom of the fanpop site??

I can't see this chat but I would love to talk to my friends. Does anyone know what's wrong here? Can آپ help me to see and usw IM?

no but did it ever work for آپ it could be what browser آپ use and how your firewall is setup
