I haven't really thought about it,to be honest.

I've heard that his name referred to a بھیڑیا before, but I didn't know the actual word.

I knew that ages ago...and did آپ know that in DH when his code name is Romulus, it's because Remus and Romulus are twin demi-gods?

I knew. XD. But I'm wolf-obsessed, so... lol.

Did anyone else here notice the Remus/Romulus thing for Professor Lupin, too? I mean like the Roman twins, Romulus and Remus, in the myth that they were supposedly raised سے طرف کی wolves?

Yeah, I notice a lot of wolf-related stuff. xD

No, I've noticed that... But just about everyone in HP has a name that means something...
Have آپ ever noticed Quirrel --> squirrel?
یا Snape --> snake?
And to 'filch' is to steal. And 'albus dumbledore' quite literally means 'white bumblebee' in Latin and Olde English, respectively.
And Gilderoy, Lockhart's first name, is basically a combination of 'gilded', which is kinda like overly fancy, and 'roi', which means 'king' in French.
And Minerva was the Roman goddess of wisdom.
And so on.

I knew ALL of this. The 'Lupin' and ''Remus' twin thing, but I didn't figure it out until the end of the book. After that I kind of did the most EPIC, the most EXTRAORINARILY EPIC FACEPALM IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!
