First of all, Harry Potter has suspense and is not entirely predictable. How many of آپ thought Quirrell was the bad guy in Philosopher's Stone instead of Snape? Not many, I think. How many of آپ thought Sirius Black was evil in Prisoner of Azkaban? A lot. Now that my point is made, I'll ask آپ this: how many of آپ knew Bella سوان, ہنس would choose Edward instead of Jacob? Possibly مزید than a half of آپ if not ninety percent. Twilight is very predictable.
On that note, I'll say that Harry Potter has a very complex plot, spun together سے طرف کی interesting events unlike Twilight, where the only events are of Bella loving Edward and vise versa.
Next, I'll go onto the characters. Bella سوان, ہنس is the most horribly-written main character I've ever had the misfortune to come across. She is emotionally weak, male-dependent, selfish, and ridiculously popular. Harry is brave, righteous, loyal, caring and though he's the Boy Who Lived, JK Rowling didn't make everyone who knows him unrealistically love him. Twilight's characters are one-dimensional while Harry Potter's characters possess both faults and good qualities. Take Wormtail for example; he's the most cowardly character described in the book, yet he had enough good in him to hesitate when he had Harry trapped. Now, Dumbledore; he's the wisest character in the story, full of kindness, and yet he'd mingled in the Dark Arts before. JK Rowling gave her characters strong characteristics and background stories, making them all the مزید interesting. I don't see Stephenie Meyer doing that. She kept saying how Carlisle was compassionate but she never truly showed us, using his actions, how exactly he was compassionate, leaving us unable to imagine his compassion. She made Aro Volturi seem very friendly, yet the New Moon movie made Aro seem like a cunning vampire waiting for the right moment to pounce. As a result of the movie not matching the book, it only made Aro look like he has mental problems... poor guy.
What I want to talk about now is love. Stephenie Meyer's کتابیں are in the romance genre, meaning love was supposed to be the books' main point... so why do I keep on getting the feeling JK Rowling managed to write a better love story in a few chapters than Stephenie Meyer in a grand total of four books?
Let's see...exactly how many of آپ were deeply touched سے طرف کی Severus Snape and Lily's love story? Many of you, I'm sure. Why? Perhaps because Severus' love was unrequited and that he'd sacrificed everything for Lily. آپ Twilight شائقین will probably say: Hey, Edward would gladly sacrifice everything he owned for Bella and Bella would have done the same.
Okay, what I mean is that the love between two characters (or if the love is one-sided) has to seem realistic to make sure the reader is touched. Severus' love is realistic, sure, but I don't think I can say the same for Twilight. Meyer had four کتابیں to make her readers shed tears at the intense love between Edward and Bella. But did they? No. Of course, that's not her readers' fault; why should anyone shed tears at the sight of a few unrealistic words scattered across a piece of paper?
Oh, and did I mention too much love and obviously not enough plot will make a book rubbish beyond words?
In conclusion, I'd just like to say that JK Rowling has a LOT of talent. And that Meyer will never match her in a thousand years. Of course, that may sound a little bitter. Fine, I'll phrase this again. I wish Stephenie Meyer, the best مصنف ever born, the best of luck to be one quarter as good as JK Rowling.

But what would be the perfect book for summer: a new chapter of Harry Potter یا the sequel to Breaking Dawn? Would آپ prefer to read the new adventures of قلاع, خوش الحان after "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," یا to know what happens to Edward and Bella after the ending of the Twilight saga? Vote!
And how can آپ imagine مزید of these stories? Let go of the fantasy and ... "write" آپ Harry Potter 8 and the new adventures of Edward and Bella!
Did آپ ever think that dumbledore was useing harry potter? Well he did! As آپ can see in snape's thoughts that he did. Dumbledore کہا that he was like a pig up for slauter! I mean who is mean to say that یا act twards that person. WELL HE DID!
He doesn't realy think about what would he feel if he was steping into his shoes. I mean come on. He thinks he so COOL that he has the elder wand. HE'S A NORMAL PERSON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
Well now getting back to the subject. Dumbledore is a MEAN person so if آپ want to find out your self then go to chapter that says "Snape's Memories"

Oh do آپ not see, the language so cruciated,
سے طرف کی your most unfortunate attempt in grammars?
Do آپ believe, for that moment that we're mirthed?
Well, then آپ are as mistaken as the Balaclava Brits.
Don't آپ see, your own insults to your common decency?
Do آپ not hear, our desperate attempts to save your sanity?
I hope آپ hear, I must hope آپ see.
But I think, آپ only see your vanity.
Vanity, vanity, everything vanity...
But then where are your humanity? The World wonder'd...
Dedicated to iluvtwilight, ellietwilight12 and every other rabid پرستار in the whole wide world. I plead to you: Stop this madness...

Okay so first of i am going to say again i am a پرستار of both. But if آپ would ask me what i like better i think it would probably be Harry Potter. But i want to hear out why do آپ dislike/hate(tho hate it's to of a strong word for a book/movie)Twilight.I want solid arguments not such as : cause the vampires there sparkle , like this Twilight شائقین could just say 'because Harry has a scar' یا 'because they go to a school of magic' یا 'because all death eaters are black(mostly)' i mean these are arguments just so آپ can say something.I tend to believe these days people hate/dislike Twilight just because others do.And i will ask آپ nicely and be thankful if آپ could tell me why آپ don't like it at all/hate it.
