Supposedly Meyer never uses the word ‘said’ in the entire first book, instead using breath.

I just used my Kindle to do a search, and the word "said" is used 388 times.

As for the other one, I don't know, I'd have to check my handbook, but I really don't care.

I doubt anyone can write an entire 498 (right?) page book without saying 'said' lol
