LilacRoses That's a long story. XD It's from an askblog. On an askblog, sometimes an anonymous person will submit something called a Magic!Anon, which can make the askblog character do something they wouldn't normally do. In this case, 2p America got a Magic!Anon that told him he must kiss 2p England on the lips. So he showed up at Oliver's house randomly, and as you can see, he's quite nervous. XD
