Perrie Edwards Zayn Malik wedding: Little Mix star reveals REAL reason why wedding is postponed

Ever since One Direction star Zayn Malik confirmed that he and fiancé Perrie Edwards – who is of course a singer in X Factor winning band Little Mix – had postponed their wedding indefinitely, there has been speculation that all is not well between the couple…

However, Zayn insisted that wasn’t the case and reiterated that the decision to put off getting married was entirely for practical reasons, given that both he and Perrie have yet another year of gruelling schedules coming up, which include touring and working on new albums.

But until now, Perrie hadn’t addressed the issue at all, but while speaking to members of the press at the Cosmo Ultimate Women Awards in London on Wednesday night, she broke her silence over it and reassured Zerrie fans that it is only a postponement of their nuptial, and not a cancellation.

She said, “We have no idea [when we’ll get married].

She added, “We are just happy to be engaged and we’ll get there eventually when we’re not so busy.”

But of course, that then would indicate that we’re unlikely to see the pair walking down the aisle anytime in the foreseeable future, given that One Direction are off round the world again as of February for their On the Road Again tour.

And though Little Mix have yet to release their much anticipated third album, it could well be that they’ll be working on another one for release in 2015.
