Baber can’t give a speech at a conference in Chicago because he’s on the American no fly list. Amaar and Rayyan persuade him to fight the power سے طرف کی taking a day-long road trip to the American consulate.
It is Ramadan again and Amaar's sermons are actually favoured for once. He challenges Yasir not to lie, Sarah not to gossip and Baber not to get angry. Rayyan and Baber have to work together to buy new carpets for the mosque.
Amaar comes back to Mercy and Baber wants him to reapply for his job as the imam. Rayyan leaves a few messages on Amaar's phone that she quickly regrets so she tries to find ways to get them deleted so Amaar won't know about them.
