Well, Entei and Raikou can be located through the map on your PokeGear after آپ encounter them at the Burned Tower. I'm not sure, but if آپ take the event Pichu to the shrine in Ilex forest, آپ obtain another rare Pichu. I believe if آپ befriend the new Pichu, آپ can see Celebi there! :o (Correct me if I'm wrong! XD)
