i think its sad and good because they never got to be normal but they will have never ever meet elena.

I feel bad for them that their own buthole of a father shot them in cold blood. I also feel sorry that Damon who really loved Katherine didn't even get an "I love you" from her as he was dieing. How does the nincy princy brother who didn't even love Katherine managed to get that while the one who really loved her didn't. it's so cheap.

Yes. I got tear in my eye when I watched that scene. I mean they died for Katherine, which was so heartbreaking.
