Probably because she isn't actually in the کتابیں that much, in کتابیں آپ can add as many characters as آپ want and it doesn't matter so much how big a role they have. Movies, however don't have that luxury. There will be people who see the movie, who have not read the کتابیں and to them Madge would just be a random character who آپ barely ever see again.
