It was finally Saturday morning, and the دوستوں were getting ready for their first دن of exploring London together after two days of classes. Nicholas کہا to Rosie, "It's another lovely day, isn't it? I'm very excited to go out with you, love." Rosie replied, "It certainly is, and I feel the same, too! Is your Oyster Card ready?" "Yes, it is. How did آپ get yours, Rosie?" "I bought it while waiting for the approval of my visa." "I see. Well, it's a good thing that آپ can buy one in the Embassy." "Yep." As they exited, Rosie called the receptionist to request the housekeeper to clean the dorm. She also flipped the doorknob sign. Before walking to the Russell Square Tube station, Rosie and Nicholas decided to eat breakfast at the same restaurant she went to on her first دن of class. Now, because it was Saturday, the train was not very crowded and the دوستوں were able to relax during the ride. They got down at the High سٹریٹ, گلی Kensington station, which is just a few blocks away from Kensington Gardens, their first stop for the day. During the walk, they passed سے طرف کی the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Rosie became awed سے طرف کی the sight of the latter that she took a تصویر of it. Nicholas remarked, "That's a splendid تصویر that آپ took." "Thank you." کہا Rosie. Soon, they made it to the Gardens. Inside, they took مزید photos, frolicked around playfully, and even hugged while lying down on the grass. As they were hugging, their noses touched each other, which resulted in a loving nose rub with giggles. They also saw Kensington Palace and the statue of Queen Victoria, who was one of the palace's former residents along with Princess Diana. Rosie and Nicholas took turns in taking تصاویر of themselves within the palace grounds. Afterwards, they left the gardens through the other gate and headed straight for Notting Hill. Rosie thought as they walked, "First, I met and became دوستوں with a Liverpudlian, and now I'm exploring my پسندیدہ city with him. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me!" Nicholas also felt very happy on the inside now that he has a friend at last, to the extent where he felt that his college years are going to be even better than his elementary and high school combined. He was also joyful to know that he will be protected from Jason and his new gang. In Notting Hill, they visited some souvenir shops, including one that was selling دیوار plaques of vintage کنسرٹ posters. In that shop, Rosie bought one with the Beatles' Abbey Road album cover printed on it. The دوستوں also bought مزید Beatles shirts. The place was alive with many buskers, dancers, and shoppers. They even danced along to the music. Meanwhile, in another part of the borough, Jason was on his witch hunt for Nicholas again. This time, he was with his new gang. Two of the members of this gang, whose nicknames are Scruffy and Buzzy, seemed to be unaware of what Jason was really doing. They were also quite clumsy. When Jason stopped walking, it caused them to bump and made the gang fall into a heap. "Oof!" Exclaimed Jason. "Will آپ watch where you're going اگلے time?" "Sorry." Replied Scruffy and Buzzy in unison. Rosie and Nicholas were already looking for a place to eat before going back to their dorm when Jason spotted them from afar. "Aha! There's that fake-accented, messy-haired animal." He still doesn't know though, that Nicholas has a new-found friend سے طرف کی his side who is ready to defend him at any cost. Jason was running very fast that he didn't realize that someone threw a کیلا peel on his path. He slipped and slid down the sloping road and crashed onto a kiosk selling aquariums filled with water. All of the tanks catapulted into the air and were shattered into pieces. When his gang caught up, Scruffy and Buzzy laughed hysterically at the now wet and soggy Jason. He was so furious that his face turned fiery red and was about to scream at the two when he suddenly sput out a live fish, which made them laugh even more. The lady who was selling the aquariums looked at Jason sternly and said, "You are a very careless and naughty boy! Just look what you've done to my precious aquariums! آپ will now have to clean up the mess that you've made." Jason کہا nothing while he did the work afterwards. Rosie and Nicholas had just finished their meal and were walking back to the Tube station. Rosie exclaimed, "That was a really fun دن that we had. We even bought some مزید Beatles merchandise!" Nicholas replied, "We sure did! I had a super enjoyable time, love." "Me too!" They returned to their newly cleaned dorm very tired, but very happy indeed.
Today is the start of our museum tour. We went out a little earlier than usual so we could have مزید time. The first museum that we visited was the Alimentarium Food Museum in Vevey. Before going there, we decided to check out the Nestle headquarters and shop. Afterwards, we started our walk to the museum. It was a little far, though. But we didn't mind as we also wanted to walk سے طرف کی the lakeside. When we reached the museum vicinity, we posed for pictures with the Charlie Chaplin statue and a suspended giant fork. The museum itself showcases the history of food and there are lots of interactive exhibits. There is also a cafe in the ground floor. An audio guide is recommended to make the most of your visit, so I got one for free at the ticket booth. In the end, it was another educational and enjoyable experience for us.

The first historical place that we visited is the Chillon Castle, یا the "Château de Chillon", as it is locally called. I was excited for this, as I will be going inside a قلعہ for the very first time. I've always been fascinated سے طرف کی them. My father also took a break from his work so he can visit the قلعہ with us. We got a discount for our tickets after دکھانا our visitor card. The قلعہ was built on a small rocky island in the lake. We explored the dungeon, the dining room, the armory, and the courtyard. There is even an ancient bathroom where the toilets are simply large holes! Overall, it was a fun and educational experience and we enjoyed our visit there. Before going back to the hotel, we ate a hearty رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا at a chinese restaurant called Beijing Town in Montreux.
Chillon Castle
After studying the mini booklet the past night, my mother and I decided to ride the tram bus going back to Vevey. We showed the visitor card to the driver, who then allowed us to take our seats. It was a relaxing ride. When we arrived, we went to a small shopping center to eat lunch. We also explored the department store and supermarket, where we bought some take-out food, chocolate bars, and juice. After the mall closed for the day, we went around the neighborhood for a couple of hours before going back to the hotel. My father returned from his work and asked how our دن was. We told him that we had lots of fun together, to which he responded, "I am very happy to know that آپ are enjoying the place." Soon, it was time to go to bed. Before I slept, my mother told me that we will be visiting Montreux tomorrow.

Today is the start of our first trip to Switzerland and our very first trip to the continent of Europe. Everything is all set. We have our passports with the visas ready, our hotel has been booked, and we have arranged for a car service to take us to the airport. I was very excited for this trip. Our flight path includes a stopover in Singapore, since there are no direct flights going to Switzerland from the Philippines. The airline that we rode is Singapore Airlines. When we touched down in Singapore, we had to stay there overnight as the flight going to Zurich is on the اگلے day. We stayed in a cheap, low quality hotel called Grand Chancellor, which is located in the Little India district. After checking in, we ate رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا outside and did some shopping in a nearby mall. We got ready to sleep right away once we got back to our room, as we had to wake up early for the flight tomorrow...
