How do i tell him...?

So I wanna hang out with my friend athat i have a thingwith (we both like eachoter). I wanted to hang out on saturday but he isnt avilable so he کہا sunday and I had کہا that was okay without asking my parents. Turns out im busy sunday but I already کہا yes to him...how do I tell him I cant hang out anymore?
