You're already dating the guy from Arkansas, which means آپ like him/love him, whatever.
But آپ say the guy آپ work with likes YOU. Do this mean آپ like HIM, back, یا just that he's told آپ he likes آپ and now آپ feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so آپ can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes آپ doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, آپ will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the سٹریٹ, گلی and not know what to say to each other, but don't آپ think آپ owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
آپ shouldn't have to choose. آپ should know who would be better for you.
