How do آپ get a best friend back???

My bestfriend and i have a really big problem. I do not know how to get her back. I go to church with her and so does this other girl. And she takes her away from me at dance practices, church etc. And i am not allowed to hang out with this girl because we have a REALLY bad chilhood together. She is munipulative ( not my best friend the other one) and well use everything آپ say agenst me. And my bestfriend is new to my church and doesnt know it. She is constantly going to other peoples houses she is VERY مقبول and we hardly get to see each other. And my MOM کہا my family wasnt allowed to hang out یا even talk to her ( not my bestfriend)she tried to get my MOM in trouble!!!! I REALLY need help i have cryed so many times becuase of what this girl has کہا to me. PLEASE HELP ME... :*(
