Is it okay to cry?

Lately I've found myself crying a lot recently. I've just been so stressed out, filled with anxiety and depression that crying seems to be the only way. I hate crying since I wear contacts & it's bad for them... but I just can't seem to stop crying.
I just cry at little things too, like how the boy I like doesn't talk to me and ignores me, and how I flunked that biology test and that the person who's going to grade it is going to think i'm an idiot... I know that they're just little things, but to my mind they seem like huge catastrophes that need to be cried over.
I cry easily at sad parts in فلمیں too and my "ex-friends" have told me I'm too sensitive and overly-emotional. I guess that's the reason why I don't have friends, either, is because I'm too emotional.
I'm only 14.5 (I turn 15 on the 11th of March) & I've been a real emotional wreck lately. How do I stop? And how do I make new friends?

If آپ think آپ can't do this,try to go to a psychologist یا therapist. They can help your problems. یا take a free online bipolar test and it'll help identify what problems آپ have. I'll find a website that helps your disorders. it's without medication.

Also,tell your problems to parents. if آپ feel like if آپ need to cry,walk away.

Introduce yourself. Try to find out if آپ have anything in common... with anyone, and then get in their دائرے, حلقہ of friends, and hopefully آپ might get to be close دوستوں with some people there. I might just be blabbering on and stating the obvious, but TAKE MY... ADVICE

Turns out, the last سال of my life was absolute rubbish, not cause it sucked and every terrible thing that could possibly have happened to me... happened... NO! It was because I thought of it like it was rubbish. OH! I meant to put this in the first part: try to figure out if there's a trigger to it and if آپ can either deal with that trigger یا avoid it.

Think about everything that is good in your life. Think about the people that آپ KNOW love you, and the people who آپ KNOW care about you. Think about any compliments you've been given. Think about it. Think about how lucky آپ are to have someone in your life that cares about you. I'm certain it will improve your mood. Not only that, but for the first time in awhile, it will make آپ happy. Genuinely happy.
